- Use your basictalk login for online account and open it.
- Navigate to the "Summary" tab.
- Choose "Features & Setting"
- Select "Voicemail Settings"
- Go to Voicemail and click on the button to turn off and turn on.

Basic | Initial Voicemail Basic Talk Setup Using Basictalk Phone Number
- Using BasicTalk service phone number call Voicemail.
- Dial * 1 2 3. (You must hear the tone every time you press the button.)
- The temporary password is 1 2 3 4. Enter the password when prompted to enter the Voicemail Password/PIN.
- Enter your new Password/PIN. Password/PIN must be 4 to 15 digits.
- Re-enter your Password/PIN and press # to confirm.
- Record your name announcement when prompted and press #.
- Record your personal greeting when prompted and press #.

- From a non-basic talk phone, dial your BasicTalk phone number and press the * (asterisk) when Voicemail answers.
- When prompted, enter the temporary password 1 2 3 4.
- Enter your new Password/PIN. Password/PIN must be 4 to 15 digits.
- Re-enter your Password/PIN and press # to confirm.
- Record your name announcement when prompted and press #.
- Record your personal greeting when prompted and press #.
