Activate a Replacement BasicTalk Box
You can trigger a BasicTalk Box replacement that you bought at a retail store or BasicTalk Box that we sent to you due to issues with your current package.

- Join your Online Account.
- Go on the tab Description and click Trigger BasicTalk.
- Enter the MAC address (pictured as MAC ID in the BasicTalk Box).
- Follow to complete the prompts.

- Tap on the Summary tab, and pick BasicTalk Box & 911 Settings under Apps & Settings.
